  • Sharing a twin or double bedroom with ensuite bath/shower: £620.

WEST COAST BEANO: Accommodation preferences

  • Single room with ensuite bath/shower: £1200

  • Sharing a twin or double room with ensuite bath/shower: £1090

  • Single room, shared bathroom facilities: £1090

  • Sharing a twin or double room, shared bathroom facilities: £990

  • Overflow accommodation: £100 off the above prices.

The overflow accommodation is a separate house about 1 mile down the road from the main venue.

Your bike(s)

What type(s) of bike do you expect to bring? (This helps us plan the bike storage.) For example: road bike, tourer, hybrid, mountain bike, tandem, recumbent bike/trike, folding bike or not sure yet.

Please note:

  • If you're bringing an e-bike, tell us whether the battery is removeable for charging or not.

  • We can only guarantee storage space for one bike per person.

  • We don't do bike hire but we may be able to put you in touch with a rental firm - tell us below and we'll contact you to discuss.

What happens next?

When you send the form, you should immediately receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your booking.
Within 2 working days we will contact you to confirm your booking and ask for a deposit payment.
